ELECTRONIC ANALOG DTEXT

The DTEXT circuit breaker is a device connected to the motor with the aim of increasing the STARTING TORQUE by connecting a capacitor (electrolytic or film) in parallel to the one already present (run capacitor) on the motor. The DTEXT model is based on the relationship between the voltage generated by the moving motor on the secondary winding and the number of revolutions of the motor itself.

To ensure a good start of the motor, a CUT-OFF threshold voltage equal to at least 75% of the operating voltage is set, upon reaching which the device disconnects the start capacitor; in any case, a minimum intervention time of approximately 0.15″ and a maximum of 1.5″ is set. All of the above parameters can be set differently upon request. The DTEXT model is recommended for applications such as coffee grinders, small appliances, floor cleaners, etc.
